Profundizaremos también en la manera óptima de relacionarse con la comida y hablaremos de los alimentos “patógenos” o lo que llamamos “alimento emocional” con el fin de poder dar a nuestros pacientes o a nosotras mismas un enfoque nutricional completo que integre el cuidado del cuerpo con la maduración emocional interna.
